The 6 Capacity Building LGU Alliance Partners refer to a group of LGU Alliances/Provinces that were shortlisted but not selected for the second batch. They shall receive a package of support from LGSP-LED to organize their respective core LED Teams, be trained in the LED Fundamentals through the LED4LGUs Curriculum, and be mentored and guided to develop their LED Strategies and Action Plans. At the end of this process, these six LGU Alliances will have completed their LED Strategy and identified priority investment projects, as well as short-term “quick win” projects that they can propose for public or private funding and implementation.

  2. Clustered Upland Municipalities of Ilocos Sur (CUMILOS)
  3. 2nd Integrated Area Development, Inc.
  4. Province of Iloilo – Northwest Iloilo Corridor
  5. PALMA-PB Alliance
  6. Province of Northern Samar
